The Bells ring for Westminster United Church and also perform out in the Dufferin County community and beyond.  Over the years, they have performed several times at the Headwaters Health Care Candy Cane Fair, as well as local nursing and senior homes, special events (including weddings),  performances at other Churches including the Corbetton Church located at the Dufferin County Museum and Archives, Community Living Dufferin Christmas Show as well as providing workshops at CLD, the opening of the Alder Recreation Center, Probus Club performances, and a Ontario Registered Music Teachers Association (ORMTA) Concert performance at the Rose Theatre.

Bassically Sound & Day By Day

Our worship is enhanced by groups within the church such as Bassically Sound and Day By Day.  The Day by Day group was not part of the original umbrella of Westminster, but formed by three people who wanted to create music, to sing & harmonize together, to perform in the community at churches & nursing homes.  However, since 2015, the group has found its home with Westminster and is supported by the church.

Pictured here are Day by Day members; Lynne and Tom Smith and Shirley Jemmett.

Also pictured are Bassically Sound members; Darcy Lichti, Sylvia Lichti, Joan Borden and Bob Borden. Director of Music is Nancy Sicsic.
